Any action you track with the Orbit SDK counts as one event: a page view, a button click, a form submission, a server-side action, etc. Autocaptured events also count toward your monthly total. You can see your current usage on the billing page in real time.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep all Pro features until then.
We don't cut off your data. Events beyond your plan limit are queued and we'll send you an email with overage options — typically a one-time top-up or an upgrade to the next tier. We'll never silently drop data without telling you first.
Orbit is SOC 2 Type II certified and fully GDPR-compliant. We offer DPAs to all customers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). EU data residency is available on Enterprise plans. We never sell your data or use it to train models.
