Who we are

Morton Digital is a product line of Morton Technology Consulting LLC. These terms cover use of our website (morton-digital.com) and purchase of our digital products (HTML + Tailwind CSS templates).

Commercial license (what you get)

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the template source files for unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify the source however you want for your own use and your clients' use.
• Deliver the modified template as part of a client website — the client then owns their finished site.

What you cannot do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw template files as a standalone product.
• Claim authorship of the original template design.
• Use the template to build products that compete with Morton Digital's own template business (i.e. another template marketplace selling our work).
• Strip attribution from the original README.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Process any refund request through Gumroad — their refund tooling handles it cleanly. We honor all refund requests within the 14-day window without questions.

After 14 days, refunds are discretionary and based on the specific situation.

Support

Every template ships with a README that covers setup and common customization. We respond to support email within 48 hours on weekdays. Support covers:

• Clarifying how to use features that ship with the template.
• Fixing bugs in the template source if we discover any.

Support does not cover custom development, third-party integrations, or general HTML/CSS education. For larger work we offer paid custom development — email for a scope and quote.

Updates

Templates you've purchased include free minor updates (bug fixes, small improvements) for 12 months from the purchase date. Major redesigns are not guaranteed as free updates.

Third-party assets

Templates may reference fonts, icons, or images under third-party licenses (e.g. Inter font under SIL OFL, Heroicons under MIT). The README for each template lists these. Your obligation is to honor those third-party terms, which are permissive in all cases.

Warranty + liability

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no claim that a template will produce any specific outcome for your business. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of a template is limited to the purchase price of that template.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida state courts.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, email customers who have purchased before the change. Your continued use of purchased templates constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
