Who we are
Morton Digital is the commercial product arm of Morton Technology Consulting LLC. These terms govern use of our subscription software applications (ComplianceOS, ShopOS AI, TireHub, BuildBuddy, RCA Tool) and our one-time services (AI Website Revenue Audit).
Subscriptions
Subscription products are billed monthly. You are charged at the end of each billing period. Prices are stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Free trial: Trials begin on signup. No credit card is collected during the trial. Stripe will request payment information before the trial ends.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
- Price changes: We will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase.
One-time services (AI Website Revenue Audit)
The AI Website Revenue Audit is a one-time purchase. You submit your website URL and business context after payment. We deliver a 15-section report within 24 hours. If delivery takes longer than 24 hours through our fault, you receive a full refund.
Refunds
- Subscriptions: Cancel within your free trial period and you are not charged. After the first payment, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- Revenue Audit: Full refund if we fail to deliver within 24 hours. No refund once the report has been delivered.

Acceptable use
You may use our software for any lawful commercial purpose. You may not:
- Share account credentials with users outside your organization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our software or AI outputs for resale.
- Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Misrepresent our services or use our brand in ways we have not authorized.
Customer data and your database
For SaaS applications that use the customer-owned database model: you provide your own Supabase credentials. Your data resides on your Supabase instance, not ours. We process your data only to the extent necessary to operate the application. We do not sell, share, or access your customer data beyond what is required to deliver the service.
Service availability
We target reasonable availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via email where practicable. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Railway, Cloudflare, Supabase).
Intellectual property
Morton Technology Consulting LLC owns all intellectual property in our software, designs, and documentation. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software during your subscription term. You retain all rights to your own data.
Warranty + liability
Our software is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will meet all your requirements or be error-free. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim arising.
ComplianceOS users: The platform provides monitoring and documentation tools. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for your compliance obligations. Consult a qualified attorney or compliance officer for advice specific to your practice.
Notifications
We will notify you by email for: billing events, price changes (30 days notice), material changes to these terms (30 days notice), scheduled maintenance, and any security incidents that may affect your account or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for: non-payment, violation of acceptable use terms, or if required by law. We will provide notice before termination except where immediate action is required for security reasons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We will update the "Last updated" date and email subscribers at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
