Website Revenue Sprint

Your existing site rebuilt as a real conversion engine in seven days. Mobile-perfect, fast, instrumented, with funnels you can actually tune. You ship it Monday week two, not "soon."

What's included

  • Up to 8 pages, fully custom design (no template skin)
  • Conversion-tuned hero, CTA hierarchy, trust signals, social proof slots
  • Stripe Checkout or lead-form integration wired end-to-end
  • PostHog analytics + a per-funnel dashboard you keep
  • Lighthouse 95+ on mobile, semantic HTML, WCAG-aware
  • Cloudflare Pages deploy, SSL, and DNS handover

Who this is for Operators with a live site that converts at floor level — founders, agency owners, services teams — who already know what their offer is and just need the site to stop being the bottleneck. Not a fit if you're still trying to figure out what you sell.

AI Automation Sprint

One recurring bottleneck in your business automated end-to-end with a real Claude or GPT agent — not a Zapier zap with a chat icon glued on. The kind of workflow that swallows 10+ hours a week today and shrinks to a 30-minute review tomorrow.

What's included

  • Discovery call + a written workflow audit before any code is shipped
  • Custom AI agent (Claude or GPT-4 family) with the tools it needs
  • Integration with the systems you already use — CRM, Slack, email, sheets
  • Approval gates so humans stay in the loop on irreversible actions
  • Audit log + a per-run cost dashboard so spend is never a mystery
  • Hosted on your infrastructure, or on Morton Digital's if you prefer

Who this is for Owner-operators or ops leads with one painful, repeatable process — lead triage, quote drafting, onboarding emails, document generation — that already has the data and the rules. Not a fit if the workflow is still informal in someone's head.

Custom Internal Tool

A bespoke web app for your team — quoting, scheduling, intake, dashboards, the work currently living in five overlapping spreadsheets. Multi-user, audited, deployed on your domain. You own the database and the source.

What's included

  • Up to 4 core workflows or data models, scoped together on the call
  • User auth + role-based permissions (admin, editor, viewer at minimum)
  • Postgres database you own — not a shared multi-tenant table
  • CSV import so day-one data is your real data, not seed fixtures
  • Mobile-responsive UI, deployed and SSL'd on a subdomain you pick
  • Source code transferred to your GitHub on the day of delivery

Who this is for Operations leads at 550-person companies whose team is bottlenecked on a process living in spreadsheets. You know exactly which workflow is broken and how it should run; you just don't have an in-house engineer to build it.

HIPAA / Compliance Sprint

A medical, legal, or financial application stood up with the compliance work done on day one — encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, an immutable audit trail, and the documentation pack a real auditor will ask for. Not "we'll add HIPAA later."

What's included

  • HIPAA-aligned, SOC 2-track, or PCI-aligned build (we agree which on the call)
  • Encryption at rest and in transit, key rotation runbook included
  • Per-user immutable audit log — who saw what, when, from where
  • Role-based access control + 2FA on the admin tier
  • Customer-owned database — no shared tenant data, no exceptions
  • Compliance documentation pack (policies, BAA template, security report)

Who this is for Founders or operations leads in healthcare, legal, or fintech who are about to onboard a customer that will ask for the security questionnaire on day one. You know the regulatory framework you need and you need a working app, not a slide on cybersecurity.

02 / How a sprint runs

· 3 phases · daily updates throughout

Three phases. No mystery between them.

The shape is the same for every sprint. The only thing that changes is how many days the build phase gets.

Phase 01 Discovery 1–2 days

Email the brief, take a 30-minute call, leave the call with a written scope document, the agreed delivery date, and a Stripe invoice for the 50% deposit. If we can't agree on scope, you walk away with no charge and the rough estimate I worked up for you.

  • Written scope locked before any deposit changes hands
  • Delivery date written into the contract, not just the email
  • Calendar slot booked for the handoff walkthrough
Phase 02 Build 5–19 days

I build the agreed scope. You get a daily written update by email or Slack — what shipped yesterday, what's queued today, what (if anything) is blocking. Mid-sprint scope changes get parked into a follow-up sprint instead of absorbed — padding the current sprint is how deadlines slip.

  • Daily written update — never a "we're on track" with no detail
  • Staging URL live by mid-sprint so you can click around the work
  • Blockers escalated the same day, not surfaced at handoff
Phase 03 Handoff Last day

Live walkthrough on a screen-share, the source code transferred to your GitHub, all credentials moved to your password manager, and the remaining 50% invoiced on acceptance. The relationship ends cleanly — no retainer follow-up, no upsell, no quiet ownership of your code.

  • Source code, GitHub repo, infrastructure credentials all transferred
  • 30-day post-handoff window for any defects in the agreed scope
  • Open follow-up sprint slot if you want to extend the work

03 / What's not included

· honest scoping

The things every sprint deliberately leaves out.

A fixed price only stays fixed if the scope is honest. Each item below is real work, but it's outside what a sprint pays for — flagging it here so it doesn't surface as an awkward conversation on day 12.

Outside every sprint scope

04 / Questions worth asking

· the three I get most

The questions that decide whether this fits.

What if you miss the deadline?

Full refund, no negotiation. Code in the state it's in is yours to keep — including the partial repo, deploy config, and any docs already written. The downside risk is on me; that's the whole point of the fixed price.

Why fixed price?

Time-and-materials rewards slow work — the longer it takes, the more it pays. Fixed price puts the timeline on me, not you. If a sprint takes me twice as long as I scoped, that's my mistake to absorb, not your invoice to grow.

Can we expand the scope mid-sprint?

We can scope a follow-up sprint after delivery, and most clients do. We will not pad the current sprint to absorb scope creep — that is the single most common reason fixed-price projects miss their deadline, and the fixed price stops working the moment scope drifts.

Who owns the code at the end?

You do. Source code, GitHub repo, infrastructure credentials — all transferred at sprint completion. I keep rights to reuse generic infrastructure patterns; I never reuse your business logic, branding, or customer data.
