Why fixed price?
Hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed price aligns us with shipping. We've scoped each sprint based on what we actually deliver in that window — if we underestimate, that's our problem, not yours.
Who actually does the work?
Andrew Morton (founder) leads every sprint. SARA — our internal AI assistant — accelerates everything from architecture decisions to code generation. The output is reviewed, tested, and shipped by a human. Same output as a 4-person team, in a fraction of the time.
What if my project is bigger than $25K?
Same model, just multiple sprints. Some clients run two or three sprints back-to-back. Custom engagements above $50K get a written proposal with milestones and payment schedule.
Do you do retainers or maintenance?
No retainers. We do post-sprint support windows (built into each tier above) and one-off maintenance sprints if something breaks 6 months later. The relationship is project-based, not subscription-based.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, GitHub repo, infrastructure credentials — all transferred at sprint completion. We retain rights to reuse generic infrastructure patterns; we never reuse your business logic, branding, or client data.
